Each generation is unique with its own strengths and assets.  However, when generations combine (or collide), there can be conflict.  This workshop will address meeting the supervisory needs of different generations, managing potential generational conflicts, and helping all employees to succeed at any age and life stage.

Educational Objectives:

  1. Identify traits typical of different age groups of workers
  2. Identify effective supervisory interactions for each age group
  3. Identify individual and professional development factors to consider in supervision
  4. Identify the latest rule changes affecting Missouri Social Work Supervisors for the licensure process
