OVERVIEW:   Occupational therapy has been a profession since 1917, yet many individuals are unaware of the profession or attribute practitioners to working with individuals with physical limitations, however the profession began in psychosocial settings. Plan to attend this session to learn more about the role occupational therapy in mental health and the new occupational therapy progam at Drake University.

 

  

This workshop meets the criteria of the Iowa Board of Social Work Examiners for 1.0 Social Work Ethics CEUs.
